1. Authorised use

This system is the property of the service provider and is made available to authorised staff of Achievers Zone Business Consultants only. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.

2. Activity monitoring

For security and quality purposes, all activity in this system is recorded — including sign-ins, pages viewed, actions performed, clicks and, where browser permission is granted, device location. Records are retained for a limited period and reviewed by management.

3. Data confidentiality

All client information stored in this system is strictly confidential. Copying, exporting or sharing data outside authorised business purposes is prohibited.

4. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box at sign-in you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
